- Prior to construction, we secure any stairwell into the main living area with lock and key.
- We install dust protection with door sweeps or plastic-curtain walls to minimize dust from entering your home.
- We create material storage areas so that the construction causes the least disruption for you.
- We clean up the work site every day to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
- We deliver a separate construction trash container and porta-potty to minimize all foot traffic and debris and keep this away from your home and lifestyle.
- We will work with you to mediate landscape disturbance.
- We even offer a full duct and house cleaning service upon the completion of the project!
